Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager – Partner Ecosystem and Customer Advocacy

About Netris

Netris is the leading network automation platform for AI clouds. AI is the largest infrastructure buildout in history, and networking is its bottleneck. Netris is the automation and multi-tenancy layer for AI cloud networking, enabling operators to launch GPU clouds in weeks, provision tenants instantly, and maximize GPU utilization. The company experienced 800% ARR growth in the last 12 months, with 35+ live GPU cluster deployments globally and growing, and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz. SDN reinvented data center networking, and Netris is doing it for the AI cloud with NAAM: Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy.

The role

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead partner ecosystem product marketing and customer advocacy for Netris. The primary mission of this role is to turn Netris’s technology partnerships and customer deployments into credible, technical market proof.

You’ll work directly with customers and technology partners to uncover compelling stories, develop joint positioning and technical content, and show how Netris fits into production AI infrastructure. You’ll turn real-world deployments and ecosystem integrations into customer stories, reference architectures, solution content, webinars, presentations, and other programs that build market credibility and support growth.

You’ll also contribute to broader positioning, messaging, launches, and technical content for the Netris NAAM (Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy) platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands data center networking and AI infrastructure, can engage credibly with engineers and architects, and can translate complex technology into compelling market stories.

You will report to the Director of Technical Product Marketing and work closely with customers, partners, product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Lead customer advocacy and technical storytelling. Develop customer case studies, deployment stories, videos, webinars, presentations, and other proof points from production Netris deployments.
  • Own partner product marketing. Develop joint positioning, solution narratives, technical content, reference architectures, partner enablement activities, and go-to-market programs with strategic partners across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Build Netris’s technical market proof. Capture customer architectures, operational challenges, deployment experiences, and measurable outcomes that demonstrate the value of Netris.
  • Develop partner-led and customer-led programs. Create webinars, conference presentations, workshops, demos, and other programs that put customers and partners at the center of the Netris story.
  • Bring market insight back into Netris. Capture technical requirements, deployment patterns, competitive insights, and market trends from customers and partners and share them across product, sales, and marketing.
  • Contribute to core product marketing. Support NAAM positioning and messaging, product launches, technical content, sales enablement, and other strategic TPMM initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years in technical product marketing, technical marketing, technical evangelism, solutions marketing, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong data center networking knowledge, including technologies such as BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, data center fabrics, network automation, and cloud networking.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure and GPU cluster networking; experience with NVIDIA technologies such as Spectrum-X or InfiniBand is preferred.
  • Exceptional technical storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to turn complex technical conversations into clear, credible content.
  • Experience working directly with customers and/or technology partners on technical content, customer stories, joint solutions, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • A self-directed approach and the ability to work across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and executive teams in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, or other hands-on technical experience.
  • Experience with AI cloud providers, neoclouds, GPU infrastructure, or large-scale data center environments.
