Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager – GTM and Sales Enablement

About Netris

Netris is the leading network automation platform for AI clouds. AI is the largest infrastructure buildout in history, and networking is its bottleneck. Netris is the automation and multi-tenancy layer for AI cloud networking, enabling operators to launch GPU clouds in weeks, provision tenants instantly, and maximize GPU utilization. The company experienced 800% ARR growth in the last 12 months, with 35+ live GPU cluster deployments globally and growing, and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz. SDN reinvented data center networking, and Netris is doing it for the AI cloud with NAAM: Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy.

The role

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead GTM and sales enablement for Netris. The primary mission of this role is to give our sales and technical field teams the positioning, technical narratives, competitive insight, and tools they need to clearly communicate the value of Netris and win in the market.

You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and product to understand customer needs, buying objections, competitive dynamics, and where the field needs greater technical depth. You’ll turn those insights into messaging, sales plays, sales training, competitive content, demos, presentations, and other enablement that helps move opportunities forward.

You’ll also contribute to broader positioning, messaging, launches, and technical content for the Netris NAAM (Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy) platform. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands data center networking and AI infrastructure, can engage credibly with technical teams, and knows how to translate complex technology into compelling reasons to buy.

You will report to the Director of Technical Product Marketing and work closely with sales, solutions engineering, product, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Lead technical sales enablement. Build the technical narratives, presentations, sales enablement content, objection handling, demo storylines, and other tools that help sales and solutions engineering communicate the value of Netris and move opportunities forward.
  • Own competitive positioning for the field. Develop competitive intelligence, battlecards, differentiation, and guidance that help customer-facing teams understand how Netris compares to alternatives and how to win.
  • Develop and deliver field training. Build programs that give sales and solutions engineering teams a strong understanding of Netris, NAAM, AI infrastructure, customer use cases, competitive differentiation, and the technical problems we solve.
  • Translate product capabilities into customer value. Work with product and engineering to turn technical capabilities, releases, and differentiation into clear messaging and practical selling points for technical and business audiences.
  • Bring field insight back into product marketing. Capture customer questions, objections, competitive intelligence, technical requirements, and patterns from active opportunities and use them to improve messaging, content, and GTM strategy.
  • Contribute to core product marketing. Support NAAM positioning and messaging, product launches, technical content, webinars, events, and other strategic TPMM initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • 7+ years in technical product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, technical evangelism, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong data center networking knowledge, including technologies such as BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, data center fabrics, network automation, and cloud networking.
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure and GPU cluster networking; experience with NVIDIA technologies such as Spectrum-X or InfiniBand is preferred.
  • Experience building technical sales enablement, competitive positioning, messaging, training, or other programs that help customer-facing teams win.
  • Strong technical writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex infrastructure concepts clear and compelling to both technical practitioners and business decision-makers.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to train and engage sales, solutions engineering, customers, and other technical audiences.
  • A self-directed approach and the ability to work across sales, solutions engineering, product, engineering, marketing, and executive teams in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Sales engineering, solutions engineering, network engineering, or other hands-on technical experience.
  • Experience with AI cloud providers, neoclouds, GPU infrastructure, or large-scale data center environments.
  • Experience within the NVIDIA ecosystem or other AI infrastructure ecosystems.
