Sales Director — APAC
The Role
Netris is hiring an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our commercial presence across the Asia Pacific region. You will own APAC revenue — building pipeline, closing strategic accounts, and establishing the regional sales motion with the world’s fastest-growing Neoclouds, sovereign AI providers, and AI Factories. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with existing APAC traction and high-growth potential for the right leader to build a team around.
Key Responsibilities
- Own APAC revenue targets: new logo acquisition, expansion, and pipeline development across the region
- Build and develop relationships with Neocloud operators, sovereign AI providers, GPU cloud providers, and AI Factory infrastructure teams
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales engagements from prospecting through close across Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and broader APAC
- Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy in partnership with Netris global sales and marketing leadership
- Build and eventually lead a regional sales team as APAC scales
- Develop in-market partner and channel relationships to extend Netris reach across the region
- Provide regional market intelligence, competitive insight, and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise networking, cloud, or AI infrastructure sales, with significant APAC market experience
- Proven track record selling into Neoclouds, GPU cloud providers, hyperscalers, or service providers
- Strong technical grasp of NVIDIA networking, Cumulus, SONiC, EVPN/VXLAN, and data center architectures
- Familiarity with NVIDIA Spectrum-X, DPUs, SuperNICs, InfiniBand, and customer-scale GPU environments (1k–200k GPUs)
- Proven quota-exceeder with a track record of building and closing large, complex deals
- Executive presence and ability to navigate sophisticated enterprise and government procurement environments across the region
Preferred
- Established network across APAC Neocloud operators, sovereign AI programs, and national cloud initiatives
- Experience with NVIDIA partner ecosystem and go-to-market programs in Asia Pacific
- Background building regional sales functions at high-growth infrastructure or networking software companies
- Fluency in a regional language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Bahasa) in addition to English
