About the role
We’re looking for our first full-time Founding Recruiter — a hands-on operator who will own hiring end-to-end at Netris. Right now, recruiting is distributed: each functional leader is managing their own searches using a mix of LinkedIn and informal outreach, with no central ATS, no shared process, and no single owner. That needs to change — fast.
Alex (CEO) wants 70% of this role focused on bringing in exceptional candidates and 30% on building the infrastructure to support it. You’ll be the one to centralize the function, implement our first ATS, and create the processes that let us hire 60+ people across engineering, sales, customer success, and product over the next 12 months.

What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — engineering, sales, customer success, product, and beyond — from intake through offer and close
- Centralize and consolidate recruiting across Netris — today each leader is running their own searches independently; you’ll bring it all under one roof
- Implement and manage our first ATS (we’re currently on spreadsheets); build the processes and infrastructure that scale with the company
- Partner closely with hiring managers — understand what they actually need, translate that into compelling JDs, sourcing strategies, and structured interview processes
- Drive a world-class candidate experience from first touch to first day — we care deeply about how candidates experience Netris
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline across engineering, GTM, and technical roles — not just filling open reqs but getting ahead of the hiring plan
- Track pipeline activity and share regular updates with hiring managers and leadership on metrics, conversion, and time-to-fill
- Manage offer processes including comp benchmarking, reference checks, and salary recommendations — working closely with the CEO on final decisions
- Support the CEO as a strategic thought partner on hiring priorities, team structure, and building a recruiting function that can scale to 150+ employees
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions at a high-growth, venture-backed company
- Experience as a founding or early-stage recruiter — you’ve built something from scratch before and know what that looks like
- Infrastructure software, developer tools, or technical SaaS experience strongly preferred — our hiring bar for engineers is extremely high, and credibility with technical candidates matters
- Proven ability to source and close senior technical talent in competitive markets — our roles are hard and our candidates are sophisticated
- ATS implementation experience — you’ve stood one up before (Ashby preferred) and understand how to configure it well, not just use it
- Strong sourcing instincts across multiple channels — LinkedIn, GitHub, technical communities, warm network, referrals
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders — you’ll have a lot of visibility and autonomy here
- Experience hiring for global, multi-geo teams is a plus — we have teams in Armenia, Taiwan, India, Australia, UK, and are expanding into Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Middle East
- Bias for action, high output, and low ego — you’re as comfortable scheduling an interview as you are advising a hiring manager on leveling
