Event Marketing Contractor (Trade Shows)

About Netris

Netris is the leading network automation platform for AI clouds. AI is the largest infrastructure buildout in history, and networking is its bottleneck. Netris is the automation and multi-tenancy layer for AI cloud networking, enabling operators to launch GPU clouds in weeks, provision tenants instantly, and maximize GPU utilization. The company experienced 800% ARR growth in the last 12 months, with 35+ live GPU cluster deployments globally and growing, and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz. SDN reinvented data center networking, and Netris is doing it for the AI cloud with NAAM: Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy.

The role

Netris is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Contractor to support the execution and operations of our trade shows. This role will focus on managing the details that bring our event programs to life—from booth planning and creative development to custom swag, and attendee engagement programs. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, and hands-on event marketer who can independently manage complex timelines, coordinate vendors, develop creative event concepts, and execute high-quality experiences for technical B2B audiences. This role will partner closely with marketing leadership and support the planning and execution of industry events that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support pipeline growth.

What you’ll do

Trade Show Booth Planning & Execution

  • Own international pre-event trade show logistics, including exhibitor portals, deadlines, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Manage booth planning timelines, checklists, and event documentation.
  • Coordinate booth design and creative development from concept through production.
  • Develop booth concepts, layouts, and creative direction in collaboration with internal stakeholders, designers, and vendors.
  • Coordinate booth graphics, signage, collateral, and production timelines.
  • Manage communication with exhibit houses, print vendors, and event suppliers.
  • Maintain master event planning decks with booth details, creative assets, timelines, requirements, and logistics.
  • Ensure all booth-related materials are organized and delivered on schedule.

Custom Swag & Event Engagement

  • Research each event audience, industry trends, and attendee profiles to develop creative, relevant, and memorable swag concepts.
  • Create event-specific swag strategies rather than relying on generic promotional items.
  • Source vendors and manage custom swag projects from ideation through production and delivery.
  • Develop creative raffle concepts and attendee engagement ideas tailored to each event.
  • Coordinate prize selection, vendor communication, timelines, and logistics.
  • Ensure swag and raffle programs align with brand positioning and event goals.

Event Operations & Process Development

  • Build and maintain organized processes, templates, and documentation for repeatable event execution.
  • Manage multiple event and webinar timelines simultaneously while tracking deadlines and dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve event workflows and execution efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and upcoming deadlines.

  • Experience coordinating booth design and creative execution from initial concept through final production.
  • Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop unique event concepts, custom swag ideas, and attendee engagement experiences.
  • Experience researching event audiences and creating event-specific marketing experiences.
